Red Cross Kicks Off Clara Barton Society |

Islamorada, FL — Red Cross leaders in the Keys are joining a nationwide initiative to invite supporters to join the Clara Barton Society. Named to honor the founder of the American Red Cross, the Clara Barton Society is an exciting program where financial donations are applied to the work of the Red Cross in the Keys.
Clara Barton Society members are asked to invest $1,000 annually, which supports the lifesaving programs and services of the Red Cross. Membership is open to those who wish to contribute time, talent and treasure to our community, through the Red Cross.
The kickoff event is a luncheon for ladies, at noon on January 11, 2010. Come to the Chanticleer South restaurant, 81671 Overseas Highway, Islamorada, FL. You will enjoy an elegant and exclusive luncheon where you will join other inspirational women who know the Red Cross needs all of us to ensure that our community is ready for any emergency.
