Miami artist George Rodez is donating 100% of all sales from his The Gift of Love 11"x11" giclée on canvas (shown right) to the American Red Cross International Response Fund.

Rodez chose to create the "open edition" of The Gift of Love in the 11"x11" size in honor of a member of The Captial Grille restaurant staff who lost 11 family members when the Jan. 12 earthquake struck Haiti.

"I can't imagine losing one family member, let alone 11," Rodez said. "I was heartbroken."

The Gift of Love can be purchased at the RODEZart.com Gallery, 3015 Grand Ave. Suite 237 in CocoWalk, or online by clicking here.

Donations to the International Response Fund are used to help people affected by countless crises around the world.

This fund provides immediate relief and long-term support through supplies, technical assistance and other support to help those in need.

Funds from the International Response Fund were used immediately following the Jan. 12 earthquake in Haiti to buy supplies like food and water for the people affected by that disaster.

Rodez, who was born in Manhattan to Cuban parents, was a mechanical engineer who devoted his passion to his art. Since 1992, his works have been displayed in various museums around the world including Italy, Amsterdam, the Netherlands and Spain.
