American Red Cross Designers’ Show House

The American Red Cross, Broward County Chapter has announced its second annual Designers’ Showhouse. After an incredibly successful inaugural house, the Chapter has decided to double the fun, employing the unique concept of transforming two separate houses directly across the street from each other on Nurmi Drive, in the gorgeous Las Olas Isles community.

Each home has its own very distinct personality. One-forty-six Nurmi Drive is a sweeping Mediterranean-style home with an impressive multi-story grand hall overlooking a sizeable outdoor entertainment area, pool, and dockage. One-fifty-three Nurmi Drive is an ultra-contemporary home, featuring a unique master suite occupying the entire second floor. Both floors overlook a spa pool, multi-level outdoor entertainment area and dockage.

Michael Payne, of HGTV’s Designing for the Sexes, will serve as Honorary Chair person for the second year.

Opportunities to host private parties at the house during its tenure are available.
